By using VaydaFX, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement, may lawfully use the service where you are located, and accept the terms presented for the website, portal, and purchased plan.

These terms define the operating boundary between VaydaFX software, your account, your broker, and your decisions.
Account security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and MFA factors, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Account access may be limited to protect the service or other users.
Software—not advice or custody
VaydaFX provides software, analysis, monitoring, and supported controls. It does not guarantee results, hold brokerage funds, or replace independent financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
Trading and third parties
You are responsible for broker selection, permissions, orders, fees, leverage, taxes, and enabled settings. Brokers, payment processors, market-data providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms.
Subscriptions
Displayed prices are exclusive of broker costs and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Recurring plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout until canceled through the supported account process.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, misuse credentials, evade limits, or use the service in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or provider rules.
Availability and changes
Features, integrations, plans, and availability may change. Maintenance, provider outages, market conditions, or security events may interrupt service. Material account terms will be communicated where required.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, VaydaFX is not responsible for trading losses, indirect losses, or events outside its reasonable control. Additional checkout or account terms may specify governing law and dispute procedures.
