This notice explains the principal categories of information used to operate and protect VaydaFX.
VaydaFX may process account identifiers, contact information, authentication and security events, product settings, support communications, subscription records, and supported broker-connection metadata needed to provide the service.
Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate requested features, protect the service, provide support, process subscriptions, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations.
VaydaFX uses infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, and supported broker providers. Each provider may process information according to its role and terms.
Administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure. Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, legal, and dispute purposes.
You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting eligible account information by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, or legal reasons.
